Recruit Training
As with all organisations it is important for new cadets and their parents/carers to learn about the RAF Air Cadets and what they will be doing; therefore, the 12 week Recruit Training Programme introduces the new recruits to the organisation.

Leading Training
Having mastered the basics, the Leading Cadet training syllabus enhances the cadet's knowledge of aviation and navigation.

First Class Training
The First Class training syllabus gives cadets a firm foundation from which to participate and understand the activities they will participate in during their cadet careers.

Senior & Master Training
Having learned all the basics of the RAF Air Cadets, aviation, and navigation, the cadets can now choose three subjects for their Senior Cadet and three subjects for their Master Cadet classifications from ten subjects.
Having completed their Master Cadet classification they will have completed their BTEC in Aviation studies.
